Ментальне картографування та професія історика: між раціональним й уявленим

Abstract

Досліджуються можливості ментального картографування в рамках професії історика. Ментальні мапи розглядаються як структури соціального знання, що функціонує в міжпредметному просторі соціології, географії, історії, культурології та психології. Ідеться про ментальне картографування ідей, особистості, територій. Ментальні мапи українських інтелектуалів доби пізнього Модерну аналізуються в контексті геополітичних репрезентацій європейського простору.The opportunities of mental cartography within the bounds of profession of historian are researched. Mental maps are considered as the structure of the social knowledge. It is functioning in the interdisciplinary field of sociology, geography, culturology and psychology. This refers to the mental cartography of the ideas, identity and territories. Mental maps of Ukrainian intellectuals of the late Modernity are analyzed in the context of geopolitical representations of European space.
