Abstract

Анализируется медиация как однин из альтернативных способов разрешения юридических конфликтов. Показано, что медиации соответствует тенденциям демократизации, росту правосознания и развитию правового государства в нашей стране.The article is devoted to the analysis of mediacii as one of the alternative methods of permission of legal conflicts. An idea of the mediacii is very modern and corresponds to the tendencies of democracy, the growth of sense of justice and building of the legal state in our country.
