Комунікація монаршого двору із провінцією в Речі Посполитій: видача та доставка королівських універсалів до Львівського й Перемишльського ґродів Руського воєводства (1674–1683 рр.)

Abstract

Королівський універсал видавала Коронна канцелярія, документ скріплювався підписом короля, канцелярського урядника (щоправда, не завжди) та малою/великою печаткою. Залежно від ступеня зацікавленості монарха, як головного виразника інтересів держави, у видачі універсалів їх можна розподілити на пріоритетні та другорядні. Більшість королівських універсалів вписували у ґродські актові книги, а доставляли їх до ґродів безпосередньо з Коронної канцелярії або через приватних осіб, зацікавлених у поширенні інформації з універсалу.The king’s universales were given out by the Bigger or Less cancellarium (the offices, where the royal (kingdom’s) documents were created). The process of the king’s universales creation was like a process of the creation of others kinds of the royal documents. The king’s universales were asserted by the king’s sign, the sign of the worker of the kingdom’s cancellarium (but it wasn’t used always) and by the printing of the kingdom’s cancellarium or by the cubicularis printing (the printing of the king’s rest, which was the private king’s printing). The king’s universales are divided into priority and second-rate, this division depends on the level of the king’s interest in delivery of the universal. The most of the king’s universales were inscribed in the books of grod (it was a territorial court and auxiliary administrative establishment of some district) acts. Grod and its cancellarium were the centers of the information and propaganda for all strata of the society of the second half of the 17th century. The king’s universales were brought to grod from the kingdom’s cancellarium, nearby grods or by the persons, who were interesting in a distribution the information from the universales.
