Регионализм в международном праве и практике Лиги арабских государств

Abstract

Аналізуються теоретичні і практичні аспекти регіоналізму як явища у сучасному міжнародному праві. Автор навів різні юридичні міркування з цього питання, а також аналіз глави VІІ Статуту ООН і практики деяких регіональних організацій, насамперед практики Ліги арабських держав (ЛАД). Дано поняття регіону і поняття регіональних спорів і конфліктів з точки зору сучасного міжнародного права. Особлива увага приділена Лізі арабських держав у цій сфері.This research is devoted to study of theoretical and practical aspects of regionalism as modern phenomenon in international law. The author showed the different legal opinion of in this sphere, and provided a deep analysis of the 8th chapter of the UN charter, and some practice of other regional organizations. Special attention is given to international and political characters of League of Arab States (LAS) as a regional organization. In this connection, the author tried to illuminate the problem connected with definition 'region' 'regional dispute and conflict' according to international law. Special attention is given to LAS practice in the Middle East and Arab world.
