Акустична емісія напівпровідників та діодних структур (огляд)

Abstract

Узагальнено матеріал з дослідження явища акустичної емісії у напівпровідниках та діелектриках при дії зовнішніх полів різної фізичної природи. Особливу увагу приділено вивченню процесів дефектоутворення та акустичної емісії у напівпровідникових приладах та світловипромінюючих структурах на основі сполук А₃В₅, створенню акустоемісійного експрес-методу контролю процесів деградації та релаксації у світловипромінюючих структурах у режимі реального часу.Material on research of the acoustic emission phenomenon in semiconductors and dielectrics under the action of the external fields of different physical nature has been generalized. Particular attention has been given to the investigation of processes of defect formation and acoustic emission in semiconductor devices and light-emitting structures based on the A₃B₅ compounds, creation of acoustic emission express-method to control degradation and relaxation processes in the light-emitting structures in real time.
