Самозванство в Україні XVII–XVIII ст.

Abstract

Розглядається самозванство як соціально-політичне явище на українських теренах у XVII–XVIII ст. Відзначено декілька його етапів – від діяльності «лжемонархів» на початку цього періоду, які серед запорозького козацтва та в Гетьманщині шукали військову й політичну підтримку, до поодиноких проявів присвоєння популярних у той час монарших імен «царевича Олексія», «Петра ІІІ» й побутового самозванства XVIII ст., яке об’єднувало численні випадки необережних висловлювань і поведінки, що трактувалися владою як серйозні політичні злочини.In the article the imposture as a socio-political phenomenon in the Ukrainian territory in 17–18 is analyzed noted some of its types – from activity of false pretenders at the beginning of this period, which were looking at Zaporizhzhia Cossacks and the Hetmanate for military and political support to the individual manifestations assignment popular at that times monarchs names “Tsarevich Alexei”, “Peter III” and imposture in 18 century – which brings together numerous cases of rash statements and behaviour that authorities treated as serious political crimes.
