Пошук державної моделі УНР: ідея та крах «трудового принципу» (грудень 1918 – липень 1919 рр.)

Abstract

Розглядається одна з моделей розбудови УНР у період від грудня 1918 по серпень 1919 рр. Аналізуються позиції політичних сил щодо запровадження «трудового принципу», зокрема під час підготовки та проведення Конґресу трудового народу України. Указується на соціально-демографічне та військово-політичне підґрунтя й вади запропонованого принципу в контексті реалій і перспектив державного розвитку республіки.In the article the labor principle organization of the political system in Ukraine as one of the models of construction UPR during the period from December 1918 to August 1919 analyzed the position of political forces on the introduction of labor principle, in particular during the preparation and duration of the Congress Working People Ukraine. Indicate the socio-demographic and military-political background and shortcomings labor principle in the context of the realities and prospects of development of state of the Republic.
