Рассматривается правовой обычай как источник права наряду с иными, более распространенными (нормативный акт и нормативный договор). Обычай раскрыт как определенная форма информации, которая по программе разворачивается в каждой частице Вселенной. Обосновывается, что утрата обычая может негативно сказываться на всех сферах общественной жизни, в том числе и правовой.In the article specified, that along with the most widespread sources of right (normative act and normative agreement) it is necessary to consider a legal consuetude. A consuetude comes forward the certain form of informative program of Universe which from itself presents a floating hologram. The loss of consuetude as a certain program can negatively tell on all spheres of public life, including and legal.
