Перспективи запровадження інституту суду присяжних в Україні

Abstract

Освещаются вопросы возникновения и становления института суда присяжних. Анализируется зарубежным опыт функционирования данного института. Исследуются проблемы восприятия суда присяжных обществом.There are the questions, which are bounded with the history of appearance and formation of the jury and also analyses foreign knowledge functioning of given institution in this article. Special attention is given to the research of the problem of perception the jury by society.
