Проблеми правового регулювання референдуму як форми участі громадян у конституційному процесі України

Abstract

Исследуются референдум как форма участия граждан в конституционном процессе Украины, права и обязанности субъектов референдного процесса, а также проблемы исполнения решений, принятых на таком референдуме.This article is devoted consideration of referendum as a form of citizen participation in the constitutional process of Ukraine, to the problems of legal regulation of the appointment and conduct of this type of referendum, the study of rights and duties of subjects, and also to the problems of implementation of decisions accepted on such referendum.
