Abstract

Рассмотрены вопросы определения роли и места регионального уровня управления, его взаимоотношения с высшими и низшими управленческими уровнями: выделены конституционный, экономический, административный и политический подходы. Проанализировано влияние углубления европейской интеграции на его развитие.The article analyzes the problems of determination the role and the place of the regional level of government, its relations with upper and lower administrative levels. Four approaches of their study (constitutional, economic, administrative and political) are considered. It also examines the impact of European integration on the perspectives of regional level development.
