Огоплекс в лечении эректильной дисфункции при доброкачественной гиперплазии предстательной железы

Abstract

Під наглядом перебувало 40 пацієнтів у віці 21-40 років з копулятивними розладами, на тлі доброякісної гіперплазії передміхурової залози. Капсула препарату 310 мг містить водорозчинний і жиророзчинний екстракт квіткового пилку. Пацієнти розділені на дві групи: група А - 10 і група В – 30 человек. Група А отримувала традиційну медикаментозну терапію, в групі В - аналогічна терапія, але в поєднанні з Огоплексом. Клінічна ефективність препарату становить 76,4 %, у чоловіків з ДГПЗ, ускладненою ЕД, забезпечує достатню ефективність відносно СНМП, без наявності побічних ефектів і застосування Огоплекса, робить позитивний вплив на гемодинаміку ПЗ, покращуючи мікроциркуляцію в ПЗ і підвищенню ефективності лікування, що, при поєднанні ДГПЗ і еректильної дисфункції.The aim of the present research is the estimation of effectiveness of Ogoplex in the treatment of erective dysfunction (ED) on the background of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Ogoplex presents 100% totally natural herb formula without any contraindication and side effects. All patients had been divided into two groups. Group A patients were taking traditional medication. Group B patients were taking the same preparations, and additionally Ogoplex was administered. After Ogoplex therapy Integrative index of patients increased according to International Index of Erective Function (IIEF). Ogoplex therapy of patients with ED on the background of BPH leads to obvious increase of integrative index of sexual sphere. Clinical effectiveness is 76,4 %. Clinical use of Ogoplex for the treatment of BPH complicated by ED provides good results without any side effects. Ogoplex has positive influence on hemodynamics of prostate improving circulation and increasing therapeutic effectiveness in case of combination of BPH and ED.
