Abstract

Анализируются правовые основы статуса реки Днепр в качестве части сети внутренних водных путей Европы категории «Е». Опеределены тенденции и перспективы использования Днепра в контексте дальнейшего развития внутренних водных путей Европы.The article is dedicated to determination of the basis of the legal status of the Dnieper river as a part of the European Inland Waterways System (the «E» category). The tendencies and prospects of the use of the Dnieper in the context of further development of the European inland waterways are defined.
