Розглянуто фізичні чинники, що забезпечують появу анізотропії термоЕРС у багатодолинних напівпровідниках за умов направленої пружної деформації, а також зв’язки, які існують між параметрами анізотропії термоЕРС.This work devoted to consideration of the physical factors which provide the appearance of the anisotropy of thermoelectromotive in the multivalley semiconductors in a conditions of the directed elastic deformation, as well as to establishment of the bond that exists between the parameters of the anisotropy of thermoelectromotive and the anisotropy of mobility
