Лікування хворих на інтраперитонеально дисемінований рак залишається одним із найскладніших розділів клінічної онкології. Представлений огляд висвітлює новітні підходи до лікування таких пацієнтів з використанням циторедуктивних операцій, гіпертермічної внутрішньочеревної хіміотерапії та системної хіміотерапії. Застосування комбінованого лікування демонструє сьогодні оптимістичні результати та дозволяє досягнути довготривалих термінів виживаності у пацієнтів даного профілю.Intraperitoneal disseminated cancer diagnosis of the patient is one of the most dramatic cases in clinical oncology, the treatment of such patients is one of the most difficult issues in clinical oncology. The review particularly highlights a novel treatment strategy for patients with peritoneal carcinomatosis. This strategy involves the combination of cytoreductive surgery, hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy and systemic chemotherapy as one of the most effective and promising treatments for disseminated cancer and achieving long-term survival in patients of this complicated category.
