Вопрос о непосредственном применении принципов права увязывается с проблемой достройки (развития) права во время его реализации. Демонстрируется важная роль основополагающих принципов при уточнении, дополнении и исправлении закона в процессе правоприменения.The article deals with the issue of direct application of the principles of law in connection with the issue of completion (development) of law during its realization. The important role of fundamental principles is demonstrated in the process of clarification, addition and correction of law in the process of application thereof.
