Комплексная Карстовая Экспедиция

Abstract

Охарактеризованы важные этапы в развитии карстологии и спелеологии в бывшем СССР, в частности – создание Комплексной Карстовой экспедиции (1958-1966 гг.). Огромную роль в этом и в развитии науки о карсте и пещерах сыграл Б.Н.Иванов.Important stages in the development of karstology and speleology in the former USSR are characterized, the creation of the Complex Karst Expedition, the inter-institution organization for karst and cave researches (1958-1966). The outstanding role of B.N.Ivanov in the development of karst and cave science is stressed.
