Соціально-правовий статус науково-педагогічних працівників університетів Наддніпрянської України у ХІХ ст.

Abstract

Наукова стаття присвячена вивченню соціально-правового становища викладачів університетів України у ХІХ ст. Детально проаналізовано їхні професійні права, право на працю, відпочинок, належні умови праці, оплата праці. Проведено порівняльний аналіз правового становища українських викладачів вищих навчальних закладів з викладачами університетів Західної Європи. Окреслено подальші напрямки дослідження даної теми.The scientific article is sanctified to the study of social, legal and law position of teachers of universities of Ukraine in 19 century. In detail they are analysed professional rights, right to work, rest, proper terms of labor, remuneration of labor. The comparative analysis of legal position of the Ukrainian teachers of higher educational establishments is conducted with the teachers of universities of Western-Europe. Author was study many documents from Ukrainian and foreign archives, periodical publishers, newspapers, official documents from Ministry of publish education, reports from rectors of universities, government states, high educational functionary and many others. From this documents he can take multiplex pictures of the beginning and activity of first Ukrainian universities in Naddniprianschyna part of Ukraine, economics. culture, social, political occupations of Ukrainian professors, aduncts, docents and teachers, there conditions of labor and live in 19 century. Some conclusions researcher was made in first time in historical science. It cud be useful to all who interested of native history and educational history. The real aim of such sxientifical work to help understanding this period and historical century. Further directions of research of this theme are outlined
