Abstract

Для лiнiйних нестацiонарних процесiв, якi описуються системами диференцiальних рiвнянь з тотожно виродженою матрицею при похiдних, отримано достатнi умови керовностi.The sufficient conditions of the controllability for the linear nonstationary processes which are described by the systems of differential equations with degenerate matrix at the derivatives are obtained.
