Особливості перекладу юридичних текстів

Abstract

У статті розглянуто лексичні, граматичні та лінгвокультурологічні особливості перекладу юридичних текстів. Особливу увагу приділено фаховій термінологічній лексиці, яка є характерною для юридичних документів. Окреслено основні перекладацькі труднощі, які можуть виникати під час роботи з юридичними документами.The article considers lexical, grammatic and linguo-cultural peculiarities of the legal texts translation. The attention is paid to the specific lexicon common to legal documents, legal terminology, as well as the features of translation of legal terms. The main problems of translation of legal documents are described.
