(Не)знане місто?: княжий Львів у середньовічній, ранньомодерній та модерній культурній пам’яті

Abstract

Стаття присвячена еволюції образу середньовічного Львова в писемних джерелах та літератуpних творах, історичній пам’яті від XIІІ до початку ХХІ ст. Показано, як індивідуальні уявлення, ідеологічні преференції, історіографічні концепції, етнічні стереотипи сприяли формуванню й постійній трансформації уявлень про “початковий Львів” упродовж домодерного та модерного часу.The article is devoted to the evolution of the image of the medieval Lviv in written sources and literary works and in the historical memory from the 13th to the beginning of the 21th century. The author shows how individual imagination, ideological preferences, historiographical concepts, and ethnic stereotypes contributed to the formation and transformation of ideas about “initial Lviv” in premodern and modern times.
