Донбас та його міста в першій половині XIX ст.

Abstract

Одним з найголовніших факторів, що вплинули на розвиток промисловості Донецького басейну був технічний переворот, що знаменував собою масове запровадження у виробництво парових машин, які значною мірою прискорювали виробничий процес і частково заміняли ручну працю. Велике значення в розвитку різних соціально-економічних перетворень у регіоні мала постійно зростаюча урбанізація. У Донбасі на початку ХІХ ст. виник потужний вугільно-металургійний комплекс, який представляли на перших етапах два казенних підприємства — Луганський ливарний завод і перша кам'яновугільна копальня в Лисичій Балці. На середину XIX ст. Луганський ливарний завод стає великим центром технічної думки і промислової діяльності на Півдні України. Цей завод зосередив у своїх лабораторіях і цехах відомих фахівців — інженерів, металургів, висококваліфікованих робітників, та мав доволі розвинену соціальну інфраструктуру.One of the most important factors influencing the development of the Donets Basin industry was a technological coup that marked the massive introduction of steam engines, which greatly accelerated the production process and partially replaced manual labor. The ever-increasing urbanization was of great importance in the development of various socioeconomic transformations in the region. In the Donbas, at the beginning of the ХІХ century, a powerful coal-and-steel complex emerged, which was represented in the first stages by two state-owned enterprises — the Lugansk Foundry and the first coal mine in Lisichii Balka. In the middle of the XIX century Lugansk Foundry Factory becomes a major center of technical thought and industrial activity in the South of Ukraine. This plant concentrated in its laboratories and workshops of renowned specialists — engineers, metallurgists and trained personnel in all sectors of the coal and iron and steel industry. The company also had a well-developed social infrastructure.
