Главнейшие энтомовредители тростника обыкновенного в плавневых биоценозах нижнего Днепра

Abstract

In low parts of the Dnieper downstream valleys as a result of man activity the reed proved to be very weakened physiologically. It entailed mass reproduction of reed entomological pests. Five especially harmful species were detected: Platycephala plani-frons F,, Archanara geminipuncta H w., Phragmataecia costaneae H b., Chilo phragrnitelus H b. and Ch. cicatricellus b. At the same time the representatives of useful entomofauna as well as agents of deseases of reed entomological pests were found.
