Синтез і кристалічна структура BaLaInO4 та SrLnInO4 (Ln — La, Pr)

Abstract

Термообробкою спiльнозакристалiзованих нiтратiв синтезовано iндати SrLnInO4 (Ln — La, Pr) i BaLaInO4 та методом рентгенiвської дифракцiї на порошку визначено їх кристалiчну шарувату перовськiтоподiбну структуру (ШПС). Уточнено границi морфотропного переходу ШПС у рядах одношарових iндатiв A^IILnInO4 (A^II — Ca, Sr, Ba) та визначено умови їх iснування.Indates SrLnInO4 (Ln — La, Pr) and BaLaInO4 have been synthesized by heat treatment of cocrystallized nitrates, and their crystal layer perovskite-like structures (LPS) have been determined by X-ray powder diffraction. The borders of the morphotropic transition of LPS in the rows of monoslab indates A^IILnInO4 (A^II — Ca, Sr, Ba) have been defined, and the conditions of their existence have been determined.
