Політвідділи МТС – кремлівська окупаційна адміністрація 1933–1934 рр. на півдні Чернігівщини

Abstract

Метою статті є викриття ролі політвідділів МТС півдня Чернігівщини у виконанні злочинних наказів Сталіна та його оточення у 1933–1934 рр., що посилило трагедію Голодомору-геноциду в цьому краї та репресії проти свідомих українців. Для цієї розвідки використано методологічний підхід «історії знизу» або загальнонауковий метод індукції, що дозволяє на основі аналізу великого масиву архівних джерел, які характеризують як роботу працівників політвідділів МТС, так і становище місцевого населення, робити загальні висновки. Наукова новизна розвідки полягає в тому, що проблема політвідділів МТС на матеріалах Чернігівщини не досліджена, на теренах України також не знайшла системного вивчення, незважаючи на велику увагу до тематики Голодомору в цілому. Опрацьовані матеріали дозволили дійти таких висновків. На матеріалах Чернігівщини доведено, що працівники цих органів влади безпосередньо впроваджували злочинні накази Кремля на місцях у 1933–1934 рр., що призвело як до масових смертей селянства внаслідок голоду, так і до масових репресій тих, хто асоціювався для Сталіна з «петлюрівщиною», отже, до свідомих українців різних прошарків села. Проаналізовано фахові та морально-етичні якості кадрів політвідділів. Зроблено висновок про низький рівень освіти та культури працівників політвідділів МТС, відсутність моральних цінностей, підміну їх більшовицькою ідеологією, брак співчуття до жертв голодомору та репресій.The purpose of the article is to expose the role of political departments of MTS of the southern Chernihiv region in the execution of criminal orders of Stalin and his entourage in 1933–1934, which increased the tragedy of the Holodomor-genocide in this region and repressions against conscious Ukrainians. This research uses the methodological approach of «history from below» or the general scientific method of induction, which allows drawing general conclusions based on the analysis of a large array of archival sources that characterise both the work of MTS political departments and the situation of the local population. The scientific novelty of the research is that the problem of MTS political departments has not been studied on the basis of Chernihiv region materials, and has not been systematically studied in Ukraine, despite the great attention to the Holodomor in general. The processed materials made it possible to come to the following conclusions. Based on materials of Chernihiv region, it is proved that employees of these authorities directly implemented Kremlin criminal orders on the ground in 1933–1934, which led to both mass deaths of peasantry as a result of starvation and mass repression of those who were associated with the «Petliurists» for Stalin, and thus conscious Ukrainians from different layers of village. Professional and moral-ethical qualities of political department personnel were analyzed. A conclusion was made about the low level of education and culture of employees of political departments of MTS, the lack of moral values, their replacement by Bolshevik ideology, and the lack of sympathy for victims of the famine and repressions.
