Abstract

Вперше опубліковано й уведено в науковий обіг стенограму Установчої конференції Чернігівської крайової організації «Народний Рух України за перебудову», яка відбулась 9 липня 1989 р. і до сьогодні зберігається в приватному архіві. Опубліковане джерело дозволяє краще зрозуміти епоху пізнього СРСР та зародження демократичних рухів в Україні, зокрема Чернігівської філії НРУ за перебудову.For the first time is published and put into scientific circulation the transcript of the Constituent conference of the Chernihiv regional organisation of the Nationʼs Movement of Ukraine for Perestroika, which took place on 9 July 1989 and is kept in a private archive until today. The published source helps to better understand the era of the late USSR and the emergence of democratic movements in Ukraine, in particular the Chernihiv branch of the Nationʼs Movement for Perestroika.
