Наукова періодика НАН України: кров, піт і сльози

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано стан і можливості розвитку наукової періодики Академії в умовах воєнного часу. Наведено основні засади видавничої політики НАН України. По казано, що, незважаючи на традиційність і консерватизм, під впливом внутрішніх та зовнішніх чинників у наукових періодичних виданнях поступово відбуваються певні зміни. Попри те, що війна спричинила багато проблем в академічному книговиданні, вона відкрила для України унікальні можливості доступу до світових дослідницьких інфраструктур, наблизила нас до сучасних тенденцій у практичній роботі, підштовхнула до опанування новітніх інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій, піднесла на недосяжний раніше рівень інтерес світу до України. Тепер питання полягає в тому, чи зможемо ми використати це «вікно можливостей» для оптимізації мережі видань, професійного їх об’єднання та консолідації зусиль на підтримці найкращих.The article analyzes the state and possibilities of development of scientific periodicals of the Academy in wartime. The basic principles of the publishing policy of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine are presented. It is shown that, despite the traditionalism and conservatism, certain changes are gradually taking place in scientific periodicals under the influence of internal and external factors. Despite the fact that the war caused many problems in academic publishing, it opened up unique opportunities for Ukraine to access global research infrastructures, brought us closer to modern trends in practice, pushed us to master the latest information and communication technologies, and raised the world’s interest in Ukraine to a level never before achieved. The question now is whether we can use this window of opportunity to optimize the network of publications, unite them professionally, and consolidate our efforts to support the best ones.
