Видавничі проєкти НАН України: гендерні дослідження

Abstract

У статті розкрито основні аспекти гендерного розподілу авторів книг із видавничих проєктів НАН України. Проаналізовано та узагальнено дані щодо кількості жінок в авторських колективах книжкових видань із проєктів «Наукова книга», «Наукова книга. Молоді вчені», «Українська наукова книга іноземною мовою» і «Наука для всіх». Виявлено особливості гендерного балансу авторства в книгах НАН України за період 2020—2023 рр. Отримані дані було порівняно з показниками за період від започаткування проєктів до 2019 р. включно. Встановлено, що частка авторів-жінок, що беруть участь у написанні книг за чотирма загальноакадемічними проєктами, зростає. Охарактеризовано зміну частки жінок серед авторів за секціями і відділеннями НАН України.The article reveals the main aspects of the gender distribution of authors of books from the publishing projects of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The data on the number of women in the authors’ collectives of book publications from the projects “Scientific Book”, “Scientific Book. Young Scientists ”, “Ukrainian Scientific Book in a Foreign Language”, and “Science for All” are analyzed and summarize d. The peculiarities of the gender balance of authorship in the books of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for the period 2020—2023 were identified, and the obtained data were compared with the indicators from the beginning of the projects to 2019 inclusive. It was found that the share of female authors participating in the writing of books under four general academic projects is increasing. The change in the share of female authors by sections and departments of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine is characterized.
