Факти канібалізму у 1933 році на території району імені Петровського (Городищенського) Київської області за матеріалами Галузевого державного архіву МВС

Abstract

У статті простежено пік смертності під час Голодомору 1932–1933 рр. в населених пунктах району ім. Г. І. Петровського (Городищенського) Київської області за матеріалами справ фонду № 32 «Кримінальні справи судових та позасудових органів» Галузевого державного архіву МВС (далі – ГДА МВС) України. Зазначено, що виявлені документи є важливою частиною доказової бази під час встановлення факту злочину геноциду проти українського народу у 1932–1933 роках. На основі опрацювання архівних кримінальних справ щодо випадків канібалізму проведено аналіз та зроблено узагальнення щодо специфіки ведення справ репресивними органами комуністичного тоталітарного режиму, а також щодо складу засуджених.The article traces the peak of mortality during the Holodomor of 1932–1933 in the settlements of the district named after G. I. Petrovskyi (Horodyshchenskyi) of Kyiv region based on the case files of fund No. 32 "Criminal cases of judicial and extrajudicial bodies" of the Branch State Archive of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (hereinafter - GDA of the Ministry of Internal Affairs) of Ukraine. It is noted that the discovered documents are an important part of the evidence base during the establishment of the fact of the crime of genocide against the Ukrainian people in 1932– 1933. Based on the processing of archival criminal cases regarding cases of cannibalism, an analysis was made and a generalization was made regarding the specifics of conducting cases by the repressive bodies of the communist totalitarian regime, as well as regarding the composition of the convicted.
