Історичний метод Освальда Шпенглера

Abstract

У статті аналізуються походження, зміст і можливості застосування в історичних дослідженнях методу порівняльної морфології історії Освальда Шпенглера. Автор доходить висновку, що цей фізіогномічний (психологічний) метод цілком логічно виник в європейській філософії історії початку ХХ ст. та окреслює рамки його застосування в історичній науці.The article deals with origin, contents and application opportunities of Oswald Spengler's method of comparative morphological research of history. The author of the article arrives at the conclusion, that there is a logic behind the appearance of this physiognomic (psychological) method in the European philosophy of the beginning of XXth century. The author launches Spengler's method into modern research setting up a certain frame work for its applicability.
