Цифрова трансформація логістичних послуг в умовах малого бізнесу

Abstract

У статті розглянуто питання цифрової трансформації логістичних послуг в умовах малого бізнесу на прикладі ТОВ «УкрВіпСервіс». Актуальність дослідження зумовлена необхідністю адаптації логістичних систем до нестабільного середовища, обмежених ресурсів та високої конкуренції. Запропоновано інноваційну модель цифрового логістичного хабу, що інтегрує сучасні інформаційні технології для оптимізації логістичних процесів малого підприємства.The article deals with the issues of digital transformation of logistics services in the context of small business on the example of UkrVipServis LLC. The relevance of the study is due to the need to adapt logistics systems to an unstable environment, limited resources, and high competition. An innovative model of a digital logistics hub integrating modern information technologies is proposed to optimize logistics processes for small enterprises.
