Адміністративна реформа в Польщі як крок до інтеграції в Європейський Союз

Abstract

У статті визначаються й аналізуються основні напрямки та результати адміністративної реформи, здійсненої в Польщі наприкінці ХХ століття. Акцентується увага на найбільш проблемних аспектах реформування місцевої влади в Речі Посполитій. Робиться висновок про відповідність новоствореної системи регіональної влади стандартам Європейського Союзу. Висвітлюються позитивні та негативні наслідки реформування системи регіональної влади в країні.The article deals with main directions and results administrative reforms in Poland at the end of the XX century. The attention is paid on the most problematic aspects of local authorities’ reforming in Rech Pospolita. The conclusion is made about the correspondence of the newly created system of regional authorities to the standards of the European Union. The positive and negative consequences of the system of regional authorities reformation in the state is showed.
