Контролінг як система ефективного управління підприємством

Abstract

У статті розглянута сутність контролінгу - напрямку, що інтенсивно розвивається в галузі теорії й практики управління підприємствами. Показано проблеми, пов'язані з трактуванням поняття "контролінг" у роботах вітчизняних і зарубіжних учених економістів. Узагальнюючи вивчені підходи і концепції, автори доходять думки, що контролінг - це принципово нова концепція інформаційної й консультаційної спрямованості, яка забезпечує виживання підприємства на етапах стратегічного й тактичного управління з урахуванням ефективного використання ресурсів підприємства й виявлення всіх шансів і ризиків, пов'язаних із досягненням цілей й одержанням прибутку.The essence of controlling as intensively developing direction in the sphere of theories and practices enterprises management has been considered in the article. Problems related to interpretation of concept "controlling" from the point of domestic and foreign scientists-economists were considered. Summarizing the studied approaches and conceptions authors reach ideas, that kontroling - it on principle new conception of informative and consultative orientation which provides the survival of enterprise on the stages of strategic and tactical management taking into account the effective use of resources of enterprise and exposure of all chances and risks aims related to achievement and by the receipt of income.
