Abstract

The author considers the topic of Ukrainian-Jewish relations from Middle Ages to Modem Times how its gives in his book the scholar from Germany A.Kappeler. The theme of special interest in this work is the analyse of the controversy that exist between Ukrainian and Jewish scholars about so-called “specific Ukrainian anti-Semitism from B.Khmelnicky times to Holocaust”. A. Kappeler denies such point of view and considers it as not scientific.
