Концесія як інструмент довгострокового розвитку природних монополій

Abstract

У статті досліджується роль концесії як інструмента довгострокового розвитку житловокомунального господарства, виявлені основні проблеми ендо- та екзогенного характеру, які стримують її розповсюдження в Україні, розроблені рекомендації щодо поліпшення існуючої ситуації.In the article the role of concession is investigated as an instrument of long-term development of housing and communal economy, the basic problems of endo- and exogenous character, which restrain its distribution in the Ukraine, are analysed, and also the proper recommendations are given in relation to the improvement of existent situation.
