Abstract

У статті простежено становлення органів державної влади з моменту проголошення незалежності Української держави, застосування принципу розподілу державної влади на законодавчу, виконавчу, судову. Розкриті особливості становлення та розвитку судової вла- ди незалежної України, взаємодії законодавчої і судової влади (на прикладі взаємодії Парламенту та Конституційного Суду України).The formation of the state authority from the moment on proclamation of the state independence and the proclamation of the principle of the state authority distribution on legislative, executive and judicial.
