Опыт организации медико-психологической реабилитации в условиях медицинского центра санатория МЧС Украины „Одесский”

Abstract

Личный состав МЧС, непосредственно принимающий участие в ликвидации аварий и катастроф, подвергается частым стрессовым воздействиям и повышенным физическим нагрузкам, что оказывает влияние на психологическое состояние организма, приводит к обострению хронических заболеваний, а так же к проявлению психосоматических реакций. На основании трехлетнего опыта проведения медико психологической реабилитации личного состава МЧС, не посредственно принимавшего участие в ликвидации чрезвычайных ситуаций, по казано, что медицинская реабилитация должна быть не разовой, эпизодичной, а ежегодной, систематической.Four year experience of the organization and carrying out of medical and psychological rehabilitation of the Ministry of Emergency Situations staff of Ukraine in the Center on the basis of sanatorium “ Odessa “ is summarized. During its work there have passed rehabilitation 2749 person. The basic medical, biologic and psychological methods including in the program of treatment and prophylactic actions, carried out by doctors and psychologists of the Center, are listed. Necessity of a direction on rehabilitation not only in the scheduled order, but also at once after participation in liquidation of large extreme situations is argued. It is necessary to develop urgently Methodical instructions on carrying out of medical and psychological rehabilitation.
