Деякі епідеміологічні особливості поширення шигельозу в Україні та її східному регіоні

Abstract

Проведен анализ динамики заболеваемости шигеллёзом всего населения и детей 0 – 14 лет в Украине и её восточном регионе за 1995 – 2006 годы. Выявленные циклические подъемы заболеваемости с интервалом 4 – 6 лет на фоне выраженной и умеренной тенденций к снижению заболеваемости, высокая заболеваемость детей, наличие территорий высокого риска заболеваемости детей 0 – 14 лет (Луганская и Харьковская область) требуют внимания при проведении эпидемиологического надзора за шигеллёзом. Рекомендовано учитывать время формирования эпидемического цикла при планировании профилактических и протиэпидемических мероприятий.The analysis of dynamics of morbidity on a shigellosis of all population and children up to 14 years in the 1995 – 2006 years in the Ukraine and its eastern regions was conducted. The cyclic gettings up of morbidity each 4 – 6 years on the background of expressed and moderate tendency of morbidity lowering , its higher level among children than of all population, the presence of territories of high risk of morbidity of children 0 14 years old (Lugansk and Kharkov regions) required attention during epidemiological supervision after shigellosis. It is recommended to take into account time of forming of epidemic cycle at planning prophylactic and antiepidemic measures.
