Этиология и особенности течения менингитов и менингоэнцефалитов у больных со СПИДом

Abstract

В статті проведено аналіз структури захворюваності на менінгіти та менінгоенцефаліти у пацієнтів зі СНІДом. Враховувались стать, вік, етіологія захворювання, рівень зниження імунітету, клінічні дані. Авторами було зроблено висновок про відсутність виразної симптоматики в ранній період захворювання, виділено вікову групу, найбільш сприйнятливу до захворювання, висловлене припущення про бактеріальну природу менінгітів з невстановленою етіологією.SE “Ukrainian scientific investigation institute of the transport medicine”,Odessa Regional Center of the prophylactic and struggle against AIDSIn the article analyzed a structure of diseasing of the meningitis and menindoencefalitis at the patient with AIDS. It was taking into account sex, age, etiology of disease, level decreasing of the immunity, clinical data. The authors draw a conclusion about absence expression clinical symptomatic in the early period of the disease, distinguished age’s group which more subject to disease, made hypothesis about bacterial nature meningitis with no known etiology.
