Індекси демократизації Т. Ванханена та організації “FREEDOM HOUSE” як одні з пріоритетних методів визначення рівня демократизації у кінці ХІХ – початку ХХІ ст.

Abstract

Розглядається поняття індексу демократизації, окреслюється специфіка і методика проведення проектів Т. Ванханена і організації “Freedom House” як найпріоритетніших методів визначення рівня демократизації. Визначаються характерні ознаки розвитку досліджень у кінці ХІХ – на початку ХХІ ст., а також розкриваються їх позитивні та негативні сторони.The concept of index of democratization is examined in the article, a specific and methodology of realization of projects of Т. Vanhanen and organizations of “Freedom House” are outlined as the most priority methods of decision of level of democratization. The personal touches of development of researches are determined in the end ХІХ – to beginning of ХХІ of century, and also open up them positive and negative parties.
