Безпеково-оборонні відносини України та Європейського Союзу

Abstract

Стаття відстоює необхідність формалізації, інституціоналізації та регламентації безпеково-оборонних відносин України та Європейського Союзу. Встановлено суть безпекового партнерства як поглибленої форми асоціації, окреслено механізми і сфери його практичної реалізації. Розмежовано асимілятивні поняття «асоційованого членства», «асоціації» й «асоційованого (безпекового) партнерства», а також запропоновано модель імплементації безпекового партнерства України та ЄС.The article asserts a need to formalize, institutionalize and regulate security and defense relationship between the European Union and Ukraine. The substance of a security partnership as a deepened form of association has been defined, whereby its implementation mechanisms and areas have been formulated. The article clearly discerned such assimilative ideas like “associate membership”, “association” and “associate (security) partnership” and offers a model for implementation of the security partnership between the EU and Ukraine.
