Політична корупція в Україні: традиції і сучасність

Abstract

На основі теоретико-емпіричного аналізу досліджено корупцію як соціально-політичне явище; висвітлено соціальну базу її виникнення та поширення; обґрунтовано вплив корупції на економічну та соціальну сфери, політичне життя і конкретну людину; вирізнено її особливості в Україні; досліджено причини виникнення загроз для функціонування правової системи України та її національної безпеки в контексті нашої політичної традиції, зокрема конституції Пилипа Орлика.In the paper the corruption as a socio-political phenomenon is researched on the basis of theoretical empirical analysis. Social base of the genesis and widening of this phenomenon is also elucidated. The author substantiates the influence of corruption upon economic and social sphere, political life and personality, shows its peculiarities in Ukraine. The reasons of emergence of threats to legal system functioning and national security of Ukraine are studied in the context of our political tradition, in particular – the constitution of Pylyp Orlyk.
