Інтелектуальна складова становлення регіональних суспільних систем інноваційного типу

Abstract

Досліджено вплив інноваційних процесів на новітні тенденції структурування та взаємодії людських спільнот, у т. ч. – на становлення та функціонування суспільних систем у регіонах. Розкрито зміст поняття "регіональні суспільні системи" в контексті розвитку інноваційної сфери. Розглянуто критеріальні ознаки та функції когнітаріату як умовної спільноти фахової інтелігенції. Наголошено на необхідності подолати звужено-прагматичне потрактування інноваційного процесу як знаннєво-інформаційного (а не духовно-інтелектуального) за ресурсами, спрямованого на суто техніко-технологічні результати.An influence of the innovative processes is explored on the newest tendencies of structuring and co-operation of human associations, in thereby – on becoming and functioning of the public systems in regions. Maintenance of a concept opens up "regional public systems" in the context of development of the innovative sphere. Criteria signs and functions of cognitariat are examined as conditional associations of professional intelligentsia. A necessity of the overcoming of narrowedpragmatic interpretation of the innovative process is marked as knowledge-informative (not spiritually-intellectual) after resources, aimed at especially techniques-technological results.
