Abstract

Аналіз інноваційної політики провідних країн світу дозволяє визначити основну ціль формування національних інноваційних систем – підвищення якості життя населення. Автор стверджує, що сучасна політика ЄС у сфері науки є конструктивною і перспективною, сприяє формуванню та розвитку інформаційного суспільства знань.The analysis of innovation policy of leading countries of the world allows to determine the main aim in forming of national innovation systems - improving the quality of people’s life. The author of the article asserts that modern policy of EU in the sphere of science is constructive and prospective, it facilitates forming and development of information society of knowledge.
