Зелена книга України: дискусійні питання і реальність

Abstract

В связи с необходимостью переиздания Зеленой книги Украины как государственного документа в научной литературе развернулась дискуссия относительно принципов, методов и подходов ее создания, структуры и содержания. Обоснована необходимость издания на первом этапе Зеленой книги Украины на принципах доминантной классификации, даны подробные ответы на критические замечания в адрес авторов в связи с их методическими подходами к выделению раритетных ассоциаций.Because of need to publish the Green Data Book of Ukraine as the state document, the discussion about principles, methods and approaches to its creation, structure and contents is launched in scientific literature. It is substantiated that at the first stage of edition of the Green Data Book of Ukraine the principles of dominant classification are used. Replies and critical remarks to the author address in view of the methodical approaches for allocation rare associations are considered in detail.
