Abstract

В работе выделяются всеобщие свойства инновационной деятельности, раскрывается ее связь с эволюцией биосферы, стратегией альтруизма и дарственными отношениями, предлагается аналитическая техника для ее выявления и измерения уровня ее развития.The Paper offers an operational technique for analyzing of the innovative activity as general strategy for changing of the external and internal environment. It is also suggestive of an evolutionary approach to analyzing of the general properties of the innovative activity in such terms as strategy of altruism and gift relations.
