Мотивація сучасних українських фітонімів

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано лексику публіцистичного стилю початку ХХ століття у зв’язку з проблемою формування літературного словника української мови.The article is devoted phytonyms as a special class of the proper nouns, comparative character of phytonyms and pragmonyms (names of firms), determination of motivational signs for creation of the names, artificially created sorts of plants.
