Гротеск як спосіб артикуляції трагікомедійної візії світу у п'єсі Я. Мамонтова «Республіка на колесах»

Abstract

Genre and stylistic peculiarities of tragicomedy «Republic on Wheels» by Y. Mamontov are explored in the article. The elements of grotesque and estrangement of «proprietary wheel» appear in the play. The image of such a «wheel» is also one of the dominants of the world image in the play «Owner» by van Karpenko-Kary. Intertextual links between these images in the plays by Y. Mamontov and I. Karpenko-Kary help to understand genre nature of the play by Y. Mamontov deeper.
