Аналіз біосумісності силіконових ендопротезів методом культури тканин та за допомогою імплантаційного тесту

Abstract

Досліджено гістотоксичність і біосумісність матеріалу оболонок ендопротезів молочних залоз. Показано, що матеріал оболонок ендопротезів фірм McGhan та Arion не впливає на динаміку і характер росту клітинних елементів в культурі тканин. Встановлено, що антисептична та стерилізуюча обробка оболонок силіконових ендопротезів перед застосуванням приводить до зменшення запальних процесів навколо імплантатів.Histotoxicity and biocompatibility of the material of breast implants are studied. The research in tissue culture showed that the membrane material of implants McGhan and Arion does not affect the dynamics and the nature of growth of cellular elements in the culture. It is determined that the antiseptic sterilizing processing of environments before applying the silicone material of endoprostheses leads to a reduction of inflammation around implants.
