Кількісне співвідношення патогених ентеробактерій, збудників ГКІ та змінюваність їх у динаміці по роках – як індикаторний показник ефективності протиепідемічних заходів в військових формуваннях АР Крим

Abstract

У статті дан аналіз зміни збудників гострих кишкових інфекцій за багаторічний (17 років) період. Відзначено фактори, які обумовили виникнення спалахів на S. flexnery та S. Sonnei та значення протиепідемічних заходів в їх подоланні. Встановлено, що: 1) Зусіллями військових санітарно-епідеміологічних служб АР Крим захворюваність на шигели у військових формуваннях території відповідальності знизились до 0% у 2008 році. 2) За останні 3 роки найчастіше у хворих ГКІ виділялись умовно патогенні ентеробактерії, що потребує належної уваги що до цієї групи ентеробактерій.The article describes the analysis of the change of the causatibe agent in cases of acute intestinal infections for the last 17 years. The factors of the causes of the outbreaks of S. flexnery and S. sonnei and the significance of antiepidemic measures in elimination of these infections were warked. It was determined that: 1) the incidence of shigella units of the Crimea decreased in 2008 to 0 % by the efforts of the military sanitarion and epidemic services; 2) the isolation of the supposed pathogenic enterobacteria in patients with acute intestinal infections increased during the last 3 years, that needs special attention to this group of enterobacteria.
